Emohua Local Government Council arguably parades the best canteen across the 23 LGAs in Rivers State.
The canteen which was conceptualized and completed within one year of the administration of Dr Chidi Lloyd comes with a finishing and interior that can compete favourably with popular cafes in the city centres.
The conception and construction of the Emohua council canteen are in line with Dr Chidi Lloyd’s commitment towards transforming the local government council headquarters to stand out in the community of LGAs in Nigeria, with a view to improving the welfare of staff and visitors at the local government council.
